Reporting Channels

Anyone who becomes aware of a suspected violation of academic ethics at the University and possesses concrete evidence may file a report with the Office for Research Ethics and Integrity by completing a report form. The reporting channels are as follows:

1. Written Report: Submit in writing to Office for Research Ethics and Integrity
